I went into pharmacy to help people get healthy. Ten years later, I was filling a blister pack with 47 pills for one patient, counting them out one by one, fitting them into the little plastic pockets.
Somewhere around pill 30 I stopped and thought: this can't be right. She wasn't dying. But she wasn't living either.
I'm a Primal Health Coach and AHPRA-registered Pharmacist. Originally from Ireland, I moved to the Sunshine Coast, Australia in 2024 with my family. I coach a small number of founders 1:1.

I worked in NHS hospitals, ICU wards, and as a GP Federation practice pharmacist in Northern Ireland for over a decade. During that time I held a UK independent prescribing qualification specialising in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolic health — one of a small number of pharmacists in the UK to hold that qualification in that specialty.
I ran a type 2 diabetes clinic for three years. In that time, 14 patients reversed their pre and type 2 diabetes without adding a single medication. Most had been told it was a life sentence. It wasn't. It took straightforward changes to food, movement, and environment, applied consistently — by someone who understood the underlying biology and how to make it stick.
That experience is what I bring to coaching. Not generic advice, but clinical depth applied to the specific situation in front of me.
Pharmacy gave me a deep understanding of what happens when people don't address the fundamentals early enough. By the time most patients reach a clinic, they're managing consequences — not preventing them. The blister pack moment made that real for me.
Coaching is the other side of that. I became a Primal Health Coach because the framework maps directly onto what the clinical evidence actually shows — circadian biology, ancestral nutrition, movement patterns, stress and recovery. It's not a fad. It's what the research has been pointing at for decades, applied in a way that works in the real world.
I'd rather help someone fix their health at 42 than manage the consequences at 62. That's why I do this.
Most programmes assume a fixed routine, regular meal times, and predictable weeks. Founders have none of that. The programme is built around how your days actually run — not how they're supposed to run.
Chronic high cortisol from business pressure holds onto body fat, disrupts sleep, and drives the afternoon crash. A personal trainer won't address that. This programme does.
Late screens, poor light exposure, irregular eating, and no real recovery time. Most founders haven't fixed the basics because nobody's ever pointed at them directly. That's where we start.
Your health is your most important business asset. A founder operating at 60% capacity is a ceiling on the business. Getting the body right lifts everything else — focus, decisions, presence with family.
45 minutes. We go through your situation and work out whether the programme makes sense for you. No obligation.
